| Description | The service shall cover the control and elimination of roaches, rats, mice, ants (not carpenter), silverfish, wasps, bees, and other pests covered under a standard pest control contract (no termites or pigeons) in all areas of the listed locations. The areas to be covered during the automatic call shall include all kitchens/cafeterias, boiler rooms, home economics, kitchens and any other area where a problem has been identified. The extermination services shall include ALL callbacks in the price. All callbacks shall occur during normally scheduled hours and service must occur within 24 hours of notifications. |
