| Description | 1 Remove the building and foundation to a minimum of two (2) feet below final grade. 2 Remove the yard walks and steps. 3 Back fill the basement with clean earth or rubble fill. Spread an average of six (6") inches of clean earth over the rubble fill. 4 Grade the lot to conform to existing contours, unless otherwise specified. 5 Protect all property line fencing during wrecking operations. Property line fence to remain unless otherwise specified. 6 Take necessary steps to protect the adjoining building. 7 Take necessary steps to protect the adjoining property. 8 Remove driveway and drive apron. Repair curb and sidewalk in accordance with Department of Transportation and Engineering requirements. (Separate permit, inspection and approval from DOTE is required.) 9 Remove all trash, rubbish, weeds, and brush from the entire site. (Protect all large mature trees and remove dead trees) | ||
