Road Maintenance Materials

The Santa Fe County Public Works Department is requesting bids for the purpose of procuring a four (4) year Price Agreement for Guard Rail, Traffic Signs, Sign Structures, Traffic Markings and Pavement Marking Services. Pursuant to the Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-153 and 13-1-154, Santa Fe County reserves the right to issue a Multiple Source Award to obtain the items or services listed. Multiple awards are recommended to ensure availability and/or timely delivery. Bids may be held for ninety (90) days subject to all action by the County. Santa Fe County reserves the right to reject any and all bids in part or in whole. A completed bid package shall be submitted in a sealed container indicating the bid title and number along with the bidding firms name and address clearly marked on the outside of the container. By submitting a bid for the requested services each firm is certifying that their bid is in compliance with regulations and requirements stated within the IFB package. Santa Fe County has taken preventative measures to insure the safety of its staff and the public. All qualified bidders will receive consideration of contract(s) without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical and mental handicap, serious mental condition, disability, spousal affiliation, sexual orientation or gender identity.
