Superior Public Library Restroom Remodel

To perform a remodel of the two public restrooms at the Superior Public Library, located at 1530 Tower Avenue, Superior, WI. Project consists of a 460SF interior remodeling of the existing public restrooms at the Superior Public Library. The remodeling shall consist of minor demolition, a new masonry plumbing chase wall in the Women’s restroom, new door hardware for existing solid core wood veneer doors, covering the existing painted CMU walls in ceramic tile and vinyl wall covering, patching the existing quarry tile floor, painting the existing gypsum/plaster ceiling, new toilet compartments, new toilet-bath accessories, new plumbing fixtures, and new LED lighting fixtures. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope of work shall be design-build.
