Rutgers Village Water Main Replacement Project Phase IV

The work will include but is not limited to, includes the installation of approximately 1,725 LF of water mains along the section of North Pennington Road between Tunison Road (end of Phase III construction) to just East of the intersection of North Pennington Road and Roberts Road and along the entire length of Roberts Road within the City. The scope of work includes various improvements of water mains through the construction of new 6-inch and 8-inch Ductile Iron Pipe Class 52 Potable Water Mains along with fittings, service connections and components. This new water main system shall connect to the existing infrastructure which currently operates throughout the City. Site work scope includes various traffic control devices, clearing site, soil erosion and sediment control measures, excavation, restoration of asphalt pavement, various driveway restorations, curb restoration, and landscape restorations. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents.
