| Description | Develop a Nine-Element Watershed Management Plan (WMP) for Wahoo Creek-Little River (HUC 0313000104). The main focus of the WMP will be to address the impaired streams in the watershed that are not supporting their designated uses on the most current Georgia Integrated 305(b)/303(d) List of Waters and target Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) established by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (GAEPD).
