Middle-High School HVAC Upgrades in Main and Auxiliary Gyms

The work includes the provision and installation of two new HVAC units, controls, duct work, hydronic piping, power, fire alarm, and associated demolition work to upgrade the HVAC systems in the main and auxiliary gymnasiums. The scope of work for this construction project includes but is not limited to: selective building demolition, duct installation, hydronic piping, insulation, HVAC controls, power, fire alarm, and miscellaneous structural supports. The work effort will be executed in one principal phase beginning on or around December 1, 2021 and ending on May 2, 2022 (for Final Completion). The building will be occupied during construction work. The Contractor will be required to coordinate the contract work with daily school activities in the building and on the site.
