Description

Construct a 5.58 acre park in the City Center area. Work shall include: Selective demolition of existing exterior elements of the site including asphalt and concrete paving, vegetation, curbing, and gravel surfacing. The new work includes a restroom building, steel shade pavilion, small steel picnic shelters, earthwork and grading, water and sanitary sewer improvements, storm drains, asphalt and concrete paving, stone retaining walls and stairs, miscellaneous steel fabrications, signage, site furnishings, irrigation, plantings, sodding, seeding, site electrical and site lighting.
