Regardless of the delivery method selected, all sealed bids must be delivered Contract TAA 19-31A/D214745 Demolition of Building M2343 at the Albany Division Maintenance Complex in Albany County in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Your bid must be secured with either a Bid Bond or a Bid Deposit. A Bid Bond must be in the amount of 25% of the total bid and must be on the Authoritys Bid Bond Form (TA-44117) which is included in the Proposal. A Bid Deposit must be a certified check or cashiers check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $30,000. The New York State Thruway Authority has discontinued the practice of reproducing and furnishing full-size and half-size plans to Contractors after contract award.
