Red Mountain South Phase 1

This project includes the reconstruction of portions of the Red Mountain Subdivision roadway, waterline and storm sewer. The work includes full-depth roadway reconstruction, including curb, sidewalk and driveway, storm sewer additions and reconstruction, and waterline replacements and associated restoration and landscaping. The project is scoped for the full subdivision, but this first phase is identified in the plans and the entirety of the project will not be constructed in this contract.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Utility Drainage Piping, Storm Utility Water Drains, Storm Drainage Structures.
