| Description | Valley Regional Transit (VRT) is requesting bids for fire extinguisher services. This will be federally funded and require compliance with federal regulations. Offeror shall provide Fire Extinguisher Services as described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for an initial term of three (3) years commencing on November 1, 2022 and expiring on October 31, 2025 with an option to renew upon mutual agreement of both parties under the same terms and condition for additional four (4) one-year terms. Valley Regional Transit will review and evaluate responses. VRT may request product demonstrations with some Offerors after initial evaluation of responses. A recommendation to enter into an agreement with the successful Offeror(s) will be made based upon respondents most advantageous to meet VRTs objectives.
