Conservation Commission Headquarters Commission Meeting Room HVAC Replacement

The project includes, but is not limited to: mobilization and demobilization, shut power and water off to heat pump, disconnect all electrical and piping to heat pump, remove heat pump HP-D5 and leave in attic space, furnish new heat pump (Carrier 50 PTH036-E6 or similar), unit to be a 2-stage unit with hot gas reheat for humidity control, 480V, 3 ph, 60 Hz, bring new heat pump up through ceiling and set in same location as existing unit, pipe condensate and loop water lines to new heat pump, wire high voltage power up to new unit and change breaker to heat pump manufacturers size, connect new unit to existing ductwork with transition as required, perform start up on unit, have Koch Air replace existing thermostat with unit that senses temperature, humidity and CO2 with an unoccupied override and setpoint adjustment. This will require reprograming of the existing I-Vu DDC controls system.
