Leon Valley Elementary School Administration, Window and ADA Upgrades

The Project is generally described as follows: The demolition of a portion of the existing administration area and construction of a 5,000 square foot addition and canopy system. Additional scope includes renovations to 7,800 square feet of existing administration and classroom spaces, replacing existing windows throughout the campus as well as ADA upgrades to the site as indicated on the drawings and specifications to include all general construction, site work, heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and all other work as indicated on the construction documents.
