Plans call for the construction of an industrial business park that can hold 800,000 to 1 million square feet of warehouse space. As of July 11, 2022, this project is in the early planning stages, and is beginning the approval process with the City of Chanhassen. No further plans or applications have been submitted for review at this time. Information regarding the selection of an architect and general contractor has not been provided.
