Reconstruction Lane Improvement on the Roma Port of Entry

The County of Starr will receive bids for reconstruction lane improvement on the Roma Port of Entry. The project will consist of the reconstruction lane of the Roma Port of Entry. Bids are invited for, but are not limited to, the items and approximate quantities as follows: 1. Foundation and pavement of the lane for the Roma Port of Entry. Any comments questions or additional information pertaining to the Bid or Construction Plans is needed this should be directed by phone at 956-849-7371. A Bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid for those contracts that exceed $25,000. The County of Starr reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by Starr County for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualification prior to the contract award.
