Description | 23WHM SGL 214 Wildlife Building Plumbing. PENNSYLVANIA GAME COMMISSION WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA BUILDING NORTH SHENANGO TOWNSHIP, CRAWFORD COUNTY CONTRACT NO. 2: PLUMBING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT NO: PGC-HQ-23-02 The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for the construction of a new 3,200 sq. foot Wildlife Management Area Building. The scope includes four separate contracts for general, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical contracts. The project is located at 9552 Harts town Road, Harts town PA 16131. The project consists of coordinated construction in compliance with all applicable building codes. The intent of this project is to construct a new 40 x 80 one story wood framed building to serve as the Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) Pymantuning Wildlife Management Area Building. The new building is in North Shenango Township, Crawford County on State Game Lands #214. The project consists of constructing the wood framed building structure with concrete floor slabs, metal roofing and siding panel systems, installing insulation, gypsum wall and ceiling panels, FRP panels, doors, windows, HVAC, plumbing, on-site septic system and electrical building systems and other building appurtenances. Connections of the utilities for the new building are part of this project and include the telephone, electric, sewer and water supply systems. Piping and connection to a new onsite septic system is part of the plumbing contract. The connections including trenching and backfilling will be the responsibility of the associated contract. The site is mainly level but will need some excavation and additional fill w/stone for the parking areas and front access roadway entries from roadway. This is included in the quantities. The scope includes four separate contracts for general, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical contracts. The project is located at 9552 Harts town Road, Harts town PA 16131. The project consists of coordinated construction in compliance with all applicable building codes. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive technical defects in Bids and to accept or reject any part of the Bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. The Contract shall commence upon delivery of Purchase Order to Contractor and shall terminate on October 18, 2024. Contract time is of the essence of the Project.
