Electrical Services for 707/211 SHA HQ Complex

Electrical repairs, installation, maintenance, replacement, emergency response, possible design, reconditioning, diagnostic, troubleshooting, remodeling services on all electrical systems on an as-needed basis that may be required at the State Highway Administration Headquarters located at 707 N. Calvert St., Baltimore, MD 21202 and 211 E. Madison St, Baltimore, MD 21202 for a period of three (3) years. Electrical services to other electrical systems associated within State Highway Administration’s office buildings, rest areas, and other State-owned buildings and facilities may be required. In general, the work involved may include, but is not limited to, installation, repairs, or modification to electrical systems; remodeling; office build out; emergency service; load studies; service and distribution; replacement of ballasts, lamps, receptacles, outlets; locate faulty wiring to repair wire or rewire; and provide and install conduit, wiring, junction boxes, motors, fixtures and electrical equipment to repair or replace existing and or new installations. This is not an all- inclusive list. Other types of repairs and services may be required. Contract Period: The duration of the initial contract is for three (3) years.
