| Description | SDVOB Goals : 6.00% This project proposes to replace the existing rustic guide rail on Oyster Bay Road (NY106) at Northern Boulevard (NY25A) intersection in the Town of Oyster Bay in Nassau County, Harbor Road (NY25A) from west of Flora Street to Portland Place in the Town of Huntington in Suffolk County, Wantagh State Parkway (908T) from Ocean Parkway (909D) to Northern State Parkway (908G) in the Towns of North Hempstead, Oyster Bay and Hempstead in Nassau County and Montauk Highway (NY27A) from Union Boulevard to County Road 85 in the Town of Islip in Suffolk County.The rustic guide rails will be replaced with guide rails that meet current engineering standards. In addition, new sections of guide rail will be added, if warranted, to ensure the safety of the traveling public. |
