The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") for Design-Build services for water distribution/transmission main, wastewater force main and gravity sewer main replacement projects The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, design and replace water mains, wastewater force mains, gravity sewer mains and appurtenances in residential, commercial, and/or historic City districts. The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, to waive informalities and to select the SOQ deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
