Description The work shall consist of installation of a temporary historic house located at 63 Main Street in Westford. Upon completion of all carpentry preparatory work, provide the following roofing system items: 1. Provide mechanically fastened one-inch thick polyisocyanurate insulation over third floor sheathing in its entirety. Provide perimeter nailer as indicated in the eave detail A-6. 2. Provide adhered black 45-mil EPDM membrane over the entire roof area. 3. Provide 0.032" thick aluminum gutter system in the profile configuration indicated; provide in Kynar 500 in Almond finish; provide mill finish bar aluminum dogs and reinforcement. 4. Provide 6" wide EPDM flashing over gutter flange to conceal fasteners as detailed. 5. Provide 3" round aluminum gutter outlets to 4" round aluminum downspouts in same material and finish as gutters. Provide elbows and fasteners as needed for a secure and effective rain leader system. Refer to A-3 for locations of downspouts. 6. Provide expansions joints in aluminum gutter in locations indicated (one per side). 7. At base of downspouts, provide elbows and splash blocks to direct drainage away from the foundation wall and building.
