LED Stadium Lights

The Connally Independent School District ( District ) is requesting proposals for LED STADIUM LIGHTS. The purpose of this request is to select a vendor to provide sixty-four (64) LED lights for Mac Peoples Stadium. LED Stadium Lights. The District will not acknowledge or receive Proposals that are delivered or received after the deadline or those submitted by telephone, facsimile, or electronic mail. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities and irregularities in the proposals received. Scope: The Connally Independent School District is accepting competitive sealed proposals for LED Stadium Lights. The LED stadium lights will increase safety by better lighting the playing surface during football game, soccer matches, and track meets. LED lights will be more energy efficient, more durable/reliable, and easier to find replacements than current light bulbs. General Specifications: Proposals shall be for 64 LED stadium lights. Additional Equipment Materials & Supplies: The proposal must include a listing (including specifications) for any additional equipment materials and supplies not included as part of the proposed package that are required to properly operate the LED lights. (Example: computers, software, cables, other peripheral attachments and or accessories) For questions regarding this CSP, please submit in writing by September 26, 2023 by email to David Z. A final addendum, including all submitted questions, will be published by September 27, 2023.
