Description

Elevator Modernization on one (1) existing Simplex operation, gearless traction Passenger Elevator and one (1) Simplex operation Freight Elevator, operating in one group, with the passenger/service car No.1 capable of simplex service. The scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to modernize two simplex operation elevators; Provide new: AC motor, solid state microprocessor controls, car frame, cab, doors, and all associated work to provide two complete new elevators. All work performed under this contract shall meet or exceed the current ASME-A17.1 Elevator Code and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards.
