Description

construction of two open pavilions on the site of the Dunkirk Farmer's Market at the Dunkirk Senior Center, 45 Cliffstar Court (Corner of Ruggles & Wright Streets). Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. This contract is subject to the New York Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate determinations. Contractors will be required to adhere to NYS DOL prevailing wage schedules in paying wages to employees. The prevailing wage schedules in effect at the time of the contract execution shall control. The City of Dunkirk is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
