Description | Bidder shall be responsible for field verifying the total amount of glass to be cleaned by visiting all Collin College Campuses and making a visual inspection of every building inside and out. Collin College is seeking a vendor to provide exterior window/glass cleaning, to include outside and inside of the windows for the District. The Vendor will also be responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior of the interior windows in the study sections of the Library at the Frisco Campus. The Vendor will also be responsible for cleaning the 2nd floor interior windows around the corridors and offices at the McKinney Campus Library. The initial term of contract shall be for a period of three (3) years, commencing on or about December 1, 2022 and ending on November 30, 2025. |
