| Description | To replace Building Automation and Controls access in an occupied building that must remain fully operational at all times during construction. (I.E. Remove old VAV card, install new, zero out CFM and verify operation before moving to next VAV controller. And keep old com functional, until the new system is complete.) Contractor is also required to work with and meet all commissioning requirements, identified by Solar Energy Group. Commissioning will be hired and paid for by the State of Utah. |
