The work consists of: 1. Mobilization. 2. Acquire soil erosion and control permit, and any other permits required for the project. 3. Traffic control, as necessary. 4. Development and Implementation of a Work Plan. 5. Development and Implementation of the following Technical Work Plans: Health and Safety Plan Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan 6. Establish and maintain vertical and horizontal controls and construction staking to control lines and grades 7. Establish temporary construction access and staging areas 8. Soil Erosion and Sediment Control 9. Protection of existing structures 10. Demolition and removal of existing concrete, stairs, railings and other site amenities 11. Installation of Concrete ramp, walks and pads Concrete stairs and railing Fencing Benches

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
