The intended project schedule includes the following milestones: Contractor Award August 15, 2021, Substantial Completion January 30, 2022 WVU Athletics wishes to partner with an AE firm to provide design services to repurpose the existing strength and conditioning space on the event level of the Coliseum as a multi-use space to serve as a Club space for the premium seat holders. The space will be vacated once the Athletic Performance Center (APC) is complete, the APC is expected to be complete Fall 2021. The University reserves the right to modify the solicitation. If it is amended, then all terms and conditions which are not modified remain unchanged. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
