Lindale Road and 20th Street Drainage Improvements

Bids will be received at the office of the Central Services Manager, City Hall Building, 425 East State Street, Rockford, Illinois 61104. Any bidder at-tempting to deliver after the opening time and date will be refused. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked with the name of the bid, and the bid number. Each bidder shall submit with his bid the information specified in the bid documents for compliance with the laws of the State of Illinois on Fair Employment Practices and with the City of Rockford's Ordinance on Equal Employment and Bu-siness Opportunity. Any bid which fails to include the compliance items properly completed will not be read and will not be considered. All Contracts for the Con-struction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Pre-vailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The City of Rockford re-serves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities.
