Brainerd Street Sewer Parks Building

The Project involves construction of a 5850 s.f. addition to the existing garage area and renovation of the existing offices area. The addition is to be constructed of concrete strip footings and floor slab with precast insulated wall panels with steel bar joists and deck. Roofing will be ballasted EPDM. Included will be two sectional overhead doors. Mechanical and electrical contractors will be selected by Owner. General contractor to coordinate with Owner selected mechanical and electrical contractors.
