Roadway and Bridge Reconstruction Milepost 28.49 to Milepost 30.88

Provides for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and work necessary to perform staged construction for full depth roadway reconstruction and widening from two (2) lanes in each direction to three (3) lanes in each direction. The replacement of a two-span through girder, substringer bridge with dual two-span, composite steel curved plate girder bridges; a single span concrete tee-beam bridge with a single span composite pre-stressed concrete PA Bulb-Tee beam bridge; and a concrete slab bridge with a box culvert. Also included in this project is the construction of a noise wall, a retaining wall, extension of a culvert, replacement of roadway drainage facilities, replacement of guide rail and concrete median barrier, erosion and sediment pollution controls, and maintenance and protection of traffic during construction.
