Description

The Waiting Area at the 4th Floor Entrance is to be converted to an office space of about 160 sf. Work includes, but not limited to, the removal of 12 lin ft exterior glazing, 2 ceiling mounted electric heating panels, and 2 wall mounted lighting fixtures. New work includes, but not limited to, "infill" exterior wall, installation of 2 exterior windows, an interior partition wall, a drop box, an interior window, a ³pass through´window unit, 2 ceiling mounted light fixtures, 2 electric outlets, a ³mini´heat pump, and the painting of the ceiling and walls.
