FY-23 Asphalt Maintenance, Crack Seal, Seal-Coating and Striping of Parking Lots, Roadways and Playgrounds at the Following Sites: Spring Creek High School, Spring Creek Middle School and Annex There is no Nevada Labor Commissioner identifying number for this Project. However, the District Project No. is ECSD Project No. 2023-001. The District requires that identifying number to be included in all Bids. The appropriate Nevada contractor license is required to bid this contract. There is no Nevada Labor Commissioners identifying number for this Project. Contract must contain a written certification that the Bidder is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of the Contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. The method by which the contract will be awarded is on the basis of the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as defined in NRS 332.065. The period during which a notice of protest regarding the awarding of a contract pursuant to NRS 332.068 may be submitted is before 5 p.m. of the FIFTH business day following the opening of bids. The Board of Trustees of the District specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept the Bid which in its judgment is the best Bid for the District, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive technical or minor defects or irregularities in bidding. |
