| Description | Project involves removing the existing roof systems in its entirety down to the existing concrete roof deck. Furnish and install new adhered cold applied single ply, KEE membrane roof system and related ancillary components including manufactured metal copings. Furnish and install new formed metal gravel stops/trim on the roof perimeter edges. Remove all existing roof drains. Furnish and install new drains to suit existing concrete deck openings. Remove existing lightning protection systems to facilitate work. Re-install system, certify as complete, and maintain system in operating condition for the duration of the project. | ||
