This contract will cover all Rowan Campuses currently under the umbrella of the University with the option to negotiate future locations. The main campus, located in Glassboro, NJ, has over 50 buildings. There are also properties in Stratford, NJ and Camden, NJ. The University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide services at the following four (5) campuses and any additional properties acquired during the term of contract. .
