Description

As of September 30th, 2022, project has not been formally awarded yet. Staff will go to City Council to request award on October 11th. Construction of the Switchgear Rehabilitation Project at the City of Hayward Water Pollution Control Facility. Work involves replacement of a 480-volt electrical switchgear; replacement of several existing 480-volt motor control centers (MCCs), replacement of a 12 kV to 480-volt transformer; structural, mechanical and architectural modifications to the existing Primary Substation Building; mechanical and architectural modifications to the existing Site Waste Pump Station; and other related improvements.
