Description Full and open competition: The proposed project consists of the rehabilitation and paving of the existing Cascade Springs Road and of Cascade Scenic Drive (FR114) route, beginning at the junction of SR-92 and continuing easterly approximately 12 miles towards Heber City, Utah. The road will require shoulder and surface work at various locations. Improvements include minor widening and realignment; stabilization of shoulders and reinforced soil slopes; clearing roadside vegetation; grading; replacing undersized cross drainage structures; asphalt surfacing; and updating signing and pavement markings. No horizontal or vertical alignment changes are proposed. This estimate assumes pulverizing the existing asphalt to a 6" depth and 3" of asphalt overlay.
