Hampden Township Aquatics Center Improvements

As of July 10, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, renovations to the existing Bathhouse, Concessions Area, and Filtration Building, as well as improvements to the existing Main Pool, Tot Pool, and Sprayground. Work includes General, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Aquatics construction. The last date and time for questions regarding the project is June 9, 2023 at 4:00 PM. Either a Certified Check or a Bid Bond drawn to the order of Hampden Township in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with each bid as security. The successful bidder for each of the prime contracts shall be required to post prior to award of the contract both payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the total bid price. Hampden Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.

Division 13 -	Special Construction, Swimming Pools, Recirculating Gutter Systems, Swimming Pool Accessories, Swimming Pool Cleaning Equipment.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Pool and Fountain Plumbing Systems, Swimming Pool Plumbing Systems.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Special Purpose Lighting, Underwater Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
