| Description | The State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Environmental Health, is soliciting quotes for the removal of snow from all parking, driveway, sidewalk, and loading dock areas at the Alaska State Environmental Health Laboratory (EHL), located at 5251 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, in Anchorage, Alaska. The length of the contract shall be from an approximate start date of October 9, 2023, through June 30, 2024, with one (1) one-year renewal option to be exercised solely at the discretion of the State. The Scope of Work (SOW) is a secondary attachment to this solicitation and comprises six (6) pages. E-mail: DECDASProcurement@alaska.gov An award shall be made through a Standard Contract Form to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder--unit price for Task 1. Plowing shall be used to determine the lowest quote. Offerors must agree to the language and requirements for indemnity and insurance stated in Attachment E - Appendix B1. This contract has a not-to-exceed (NTE) amount of $40,000.00 for the life of the contract. |
