Titan / US 85 NB On-Ramp

This project entails restriping of Titan Parkway over US-85 to create two left turn lanes onto the northbound on ramp. Accordingly, the northbound on ramp is being widened to include another lane to accept the left turn movements. As part of the widening, there will be guardrail, concrete ditch paving, and soil retention mat. Electronic versions of the Plans obtained by any other means than as described above may not be complete or accurate, and it is the Bidder s responsibility to obtain a complete set of the Project Plans and Specifications. Douglas County will not be held responsible for misinformation received from private plan rooms. All questions are due to Brolin Bundy, Project Manager by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. The Bid Opening will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at the same address. The Project includes the following major items and approximate quantities: " 811 cubic yards of aggregate base course (Class 6) " 302 square yards of hot mix asphalt (patching) (asphalt) " 402 tons of hot mix asphalt (grading S) (75 (PG 76-28) " 134 tons of hot mix asphalt (grading SX) (75) (PG76-28) " 200 cubic yards of concrete slope and ditch paving Prior to submitting a Bid Proposal, Bidders shall have received prequalification status (active status) with the Colorado Department of Transportation to bid on individual projects of the size and kind of work as set forth herein.
