Landfill Gas Wells and Header Line Repair at Various District Landfills - 2022, lhe proposed project is located at the following landfills: Calabasas Landfill, 5300 Lost Hills Road, Agoura, California, 91301; Palos Verdes Landfill, 25706 Hawthorne Boulevard, Rolling Hills Estates, California 90274; Puente Hills Landfill, 13130 Crossroads Parkway South, City of Industry, California 91746. The proposed project will provide a drilling company, on an on-call basis, to rapidly construct up to 25 auger (2,500 linear feet) landfill gas extraction wells in areas of a landfill with gas emissions that can only be controlled by the immediate installation of new gas collection wells to ensure continued compliance with South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 1150.1 regulation and United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). This project will also provide as needed call outs for the repair, replacement, and installation of 2,500 linear feet of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and 3,000 linear feet of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) gas collection header lines of various sizes, and all appurtenant work.
