Executive Office Building (EOB) HVAC Renovation - P361103 - Montgomery County

This project provides for the procurement and partial compensation of an Energy Service Company (ESCO) to replace the outdated and energy-inefficient HVAC systems in the Executive Office Building (EOB) located at 101 Monroe Street, Rockville, Maryland. The ESCO analyzes, designs, and constructs the energy-efficient Heating Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) replacement systems. In return, the ESCO receives a portion of the saved energy costs in addition to direct compensation. The project is included in the county's 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
