Asbestos Abatement of Tiles on Fifth Floor of CCB

1. Abatement of existing 9" x 9" tiles on the fifth floor of the City-County Building. 2. Existing asbestos tile flooring needs to be removed in order to receive new flooring. 3. The rough estimate of the square footage for all spaces that need abated is 1,750 square feet. 4. After completion of the abatement, third party air test shall be performed and a report shall be presented to designated DPW staff member before the job can be deemed satisfactory. 5. Schedule will need to be coordinated with DPW staff before the work can begin. Project shall be completed no later than February 14, 2020. 6. Start of work will be determined based on the EPA timeline.
