Description

Replacement of existing outdoor packaged R-22 air handling unit (AHU) with indoor chilled water air handling unit. Includes replacement of fan powered terminal units with variable air volume terminal units and related ductwork modifications. Project includes related sitework modifications, ceiling removal and replacement, chilled water piping and insulation, heating water modifications and insulation, temperature control system upgrades, and electrical modifications resulting from the HVAC modifications.
