| Description | Two (2) surgical training bays, one (1) CT scan room, (1) prep room, one (1) ante/gowning area, and associated MEP improvements. The selected GC will also be asked to take on a separate project within the same building for Clinical Lab Modifications (CLM). The scope of work for CLM is approximately 25,000 square feet and is comprised one (1) shipping and receiving area, (1) porcine holding area, (1) cadaver prep area including freezer, two (2) storage rooms, and associated MEP improvements for training bays and ancillary spaces. The full details of the CLM project will be provided at a later date and will be handled via the change order process as negotiated in the terms and conditions of the project. |
