Gates County High School Additions and Renovations

Construction of 13,000+/- new school addition including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical renovations to the existing high school facility. There is a bid alternate to include high school science lab renovations. Bid package clarifications for your specific scope of work will be forthcoming. Qualifications of Bidder: Only pre-qualified subcontractors will be allowed to provide bids for this project. The bid packages will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder based on the owner chosen combination of base bid and alternate prices (if any). The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work contemplated therein.
