HDI Elevator Maintenance Services

Provide "Elevator Maintenance Services" at the HART-DOLE-INOUYE BLDG NO 1, 50 WASHINGTON AVE N, BATTLE CREEK, MI 49037. HART-DOLE-INOUYE BLDG NO 1 contains 13 passenger elevators, and 2 handicap elevators. A contractor would be tasked with providing performance based Elevator Maintenance Services to maintain the building operations. The work includes, but is not limited to: elevator maintenance and related services. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all work under this contract in accordance with all Federal, State, County, City laws and codes, and follow the more stringent of them. In addition to compliance with these laws, the Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including, but not limited to: Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). The Government will use the information obtained from this sources sought to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The resulting solicitation for these services will be procured under North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 238290 and an awarded contract will include one, as described above.
