| Description | The project includes the removal of 375,000 square feet of turf. This site includes over 9000 gravesites and 250 trees of various sizes. The turf in this area is primarily dead Bermuda grass. The project will include removal of 3-4 inches of turf, roots and topsoil. Once the turf is removed, the remaining dirt shall be leveled to remove high and low spots. The contractor will be responsible to assist the cemetery staff to reset headstones as needed. This is an active cemetery, and the contractor must be willing to stop work during funerals. |
