| Description | Provide complete roofing consulting services, on an as-needed basis, for individual buildings. Columbus Consolidated Government owns buildings consisting of approximately 60 buildup roofs, 40 metal roofs and 75 shingle roofs; however, services may not be required for all the buildings. The initial term of the contract will be for two years, with the option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods. Contract renewal shall be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time |
