Description

The Village of Ruidoso is requesting sealed proposals for Professional Engineering Services for Bridge and Culvert Replacements. The award shall be made to the responsible offeror or offerors whose proposal is most advantageous to the Village, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in the RFP. Any proposal received by the Village after the time and date specified shall not be considered. This RFP may be cancelled and any and all proposals may be rejected in whole or in part when it is in the best interest of the Village of Ruidoso. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
