Iron West Sports Complex Irrigation System and Lighting Conduit Project

The project is located at Center Street and 4375 West, Cedar City, Utah. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation apparatus, fuel, light and tools necessary for the entire completion of the project as outlined herein and shall construct in the best and most workmanlike manner the complete job and everything properly incidental thereto as shown on the plans, stated in the specifications, or reasonably implied therefrom, all in accordance with the Contract Documents, ready for occupancy and use in all respects. Provide materials as indicated and all labor and equipment necessary to construct the IRON WEST SPORTS COMPLEX IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND LIGHTING CONDUIT PROJECT 2023 as detailed in the drawings and specifications. Cedar City is accepting separate sealed BIDS for the Iron West Sports Complex Irrigation System and Lighting Conduit Project according to specifications prepared by the City. The Bid Documents can be obtained either electronically for free or in hard copy for a non-refundable fee of $50 per set. The right is reserved by Cedar City to reject any and all Bids.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
